RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Znd piece/s. If something isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns within 7 days of receiving your product

We do not offer refunds or returns due to ‘change of mind’; we encourage you to take your time selecting the product/s you wish to order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, or marks

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Full Price Items

Full price items are eligible for:

  • Refund

  • Exchange*

  • Store credit

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are eligible for:

  • Exchange*

  • Store credit

Refunds are not available for sale items unless deemed faulty. 

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.

*All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable a store credit will be issued.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is deemed faulty.

If your item is confirmed as faulty, The Znd Collective will cover return shipping.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

If an item is deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
